It would be an honor to welcome you to Pantry Hill for an heirloom pie workshop + table setting & afternoon tea experience.
Each workshop will begin in the Pantry Hill kitchen (less than a 10-minute drive from storied downtown Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) where Darien will walk attendees through crafting individual pies using her great grandmother’s time-honored recipe.
While the pies bake, attendees will move to the kitchen garden for a seasonal celebration where they will participate in setting a beautiful table for one of our favorite rituals - afternoon tea. Guests will learn the art of mixing and matching linens and place settings as well as arranging flowers cut from the Pantry Hill garden. We’ll sip tea and taste a collection of honeys from acclaimed Saratoga Tea & Honey Co., plus enjoy bites straight from the garden and a slice of freshly baked pie.
At the end of the afternoon, guests will take home their personalized 6” pie, as well as the heirloom recipe.
There are 12 spots available for each workshop on a first-come first-served basis. Cost is $200 per person. These will be the only open-enrollment workshops for 2024.
Please email pantryhill@pantryhill.com to make a reservation and for further payment information.
What People Are Saying
“Every attention to detail was so exceptional, nothing was missed. What a magical setting to learn, laugh, eat and make new friends! The instruction and activity were wonderful and the garden felt as if we entered a European fairytale, and with such a fabulous group of people, there isn't much better than that.”
